National Council for the Child

The National Council for the Child is a leading and central factor in ensuring the rights, safety and well-being of all children in the State of Israel through policy initiation and promotion, and will also be a source of knowledge for professionals, government and the social sector. The uniqueness of our activity is in the combination between an individual activity for a child who contacted us due to a concrete problem, and our activity on the policy level, in a way that achieves results for the benefit of hundreds of thousands of children in Israel. Our team works every day for children by initiating and promoting policy, mediation, assistance and information to the public, when their welfare, safety and rights, and only them, guide us. The National Council for the Child is an independent public association, which does not receive government funding, in order to maintain complete independence and freedom of action in the protection of all children in Israel.
