25 Years of Building Zionist Leadership Together
For 25 years, Aderet has served as a greenhouse for Israel’s future leadership.. Today, we are expanding our mission through two life-changing initiatives:
A unique leadership initiative for wounded IDF veterans, Beit Arazim empowers those who sacrificed for our country. The program supports their transition from rehabilitation back into positions of national influence. The program strengthens personal resilience while providing high-level mentorship in the public, security, and government sectors. Named in memory of fallen heroes Erez Ashkenazi and Eli Ginsberg, the initiative honors their legacy by transforming the journey of recovery into a story of leadership and renewed mission for the future of Israel.
A 6-year journey supporting 200+ youth from underprivileged youth villages. We guide them from high school, through elite pre-military academies, and into meaningful IDF service, paired with veteran mentors.
This year, our mission is more urgent than ever. Your support will enable us to double the capacity of Beit Arazim to reach more wounded warriors, expand the Ma’alot program to four additional youth villages, and cultivate a resilient community of leaders Driven by a deep sense of shared responsibility. Together, we can provide the essential support system these veterans and youth need to lead Israel forward.
Join us in cultivating Israeli hope, and the leaders who will carry it forward.
