Aderet cultivates a generation of leaders committed to taking responsibility and shaping the future of Israel. Founded in 2001, we serve as an educational alternative to social polarization, fostering unity and mutual responsibility through deep partnerships with youth villages across the country.

Ma’alot initiative is a unique 6-year leadership track for youth from residential villages (from 11th grade through IDF service). It breaks barriers of accessibility and language, fostering Zionist identity and excellence. Currently operating in 8 villages, Ma’alot is now scaling into a national venture.

Beit Arazim is a transformative program for wounded combat veterans. We believe these heroes are central to healing Israeli society. The program builds resilience and integrates veterans into influential roles within public, security, and educational systems.

We are mobilizing resources to scale our impact:

  1. Expanding Ma’alot to reach hundreds of additional students.
  2. Deepening Beit Arazim’s activity to meet growing demand.
  3. Opening new branches to reach young Israelis nationwide.
  4. Securing continuity through an active alumni network and long-term engines of influence.

Your partnership enables Aderet to grow the next generation of Israeli leadership. Hope starts here.
