Across the Jewish world, finding suitable kosher food abroad is a familiar challenge. Local residents, travelers and emissaries all need clear and reliable information.
Today, that information is scattered across lists, websites and community groups. It is often outdated or insufficiently precise, leaving consumers uncertain about the product in front of them.
GOK – Global Orthodox Kosher is developing ZeKasher, a global platform for locating kosher products.
Each product is identified by its unique barcode, preventing confusion between similar products manufactured in different countries or production facilities.
The platform combines information from kosher organizations worldwide with professional analysis of ingredients, manufacturing processes and regulatory data. Artificial intelligence assists in collecting, cross-referencing and refining the data, while all kosher classification and halachic decisions remain in the hands of experienced kashrut and halachic experts.
The project is led by Rabbi Oren Duvdevani, who has approximately thirty years of experience in industrial and hospitality kashrut worldwide.
Our goal is simple: to enable every Jew to enter a local supermarket, scan or search for products, and shop more easily and confidently.
Product by product, we are building the global kosher product map.
Every new product undergoes information gathering, precise identification, professional review, halachic classification and data refinement. The average cost of processing and adding one product to the platform is NIS 18.
NIS 180 adds 10 products | NIS 360 – 20 products | NIS 720 – 40 products
Every product added makes another shelf, another store and another place in the world more accessible to kosher consumers.
A modern philanthropic platform that maximizes your charitable impact with tax benefits across borders.
