Women in Tech® Israel is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women in STEM and technology sector. As a chapter of the global Women in Tech® movement, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment for women in Israel to connect, learn, and grow. We offer professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities at both local and global levels. We support Israeli women in breaking the glass ceiling by expanding their global networks, learning from successful peers, and overcoming barriers such as language challenges and imposter syndrome. We collaborate with local and international partners to create sustainable programs that empower women for STEM careers in Israel and beyond. As the primary organization connecting the Israeli female tech community with global counterparts, we also promote the achievements of Israeli women internationally.
