Unistream

Since its establishment in 2001, the Unistream organization has worked to lead structural socio-economic change in Israel through education in entrepreneurship, innovation, and business and technological leadership. The organization focuses on empowering youth and young adults, with an emphasis on its areas of activity in the social and geographical periphery, providing them with practical tools, advanced employment skills, and in-depth exposure to the world of business and high-tech. Throughout its years of activity, Unistream has reshaped the future of tens of thousands of youth and young adults across more than 100 communities nationwide, for whom social, economic, psychological, and perceptive barriers previously prevented them from competing as equals in the competitive job market.

Through a variety of educational programs and dedicated career pathways for alumni, participants develop creative thinking and an absolute belief in their ability to succeed, accompanied by close guidance and professional networking with thousands of business leaders and entrepreneurs from across the Israeli economy who serve as regular volunteers. This extensive activity, which faithfully represents the diverse human mosaic of all sectors and populations in Israel, narrows gaps, ensures equal opportunities, and promotes genuine socio-economic mobility.
