Soultalk farm

Siach Nefesh (Soul Talk) Farm is a therapeutic agricultural initiative in Tel Itzhak, created in response to the urgent needs of soldiers and their families affected by the Iron Swords and previous wars. Many carry visible and invisible wounds, including trauma and PTSD, which make returning to daily life profoundly difficult. The farm provides a safe, structured environment where participants engage in agricultural work, creative workshops, and guided therapeutic activities. Professional staff and dedicated volunteers support groups of around 200 participants per month, fostering community, resilience, and healing. Each week, participants take part in farming (vegetables, vineyard, beekeeping, olive cultivation), body-mind practices (yoga, tai chi, cycling), and creative therapies (photography, woodworking, mosaic). This unique combination of routine, skill-building, and therapy helps reduce symptoms of trauma while restoring meaning, capability, and hope. Participation is free of charge and open to all, without requiring government recognition or benefits. Founded by veterans of Unit 669 and funded entirely through donations, Siach Nefesh Farm offers a lifeline of recovery and reintegration for those who have given so much in service of Israel.
